Continuing education offer Machine Learning and AI

Register now for the application oriented Machine Learning course  in spring 2022 (16.-18.3.22 / 30.3.-1.4.22). The English-language training course consists of an introductory and an advanced course.

“Our main concern was to meet the real needs of companies in the border region,” explains Romina Junk from the Centre for Academic Continuing Education at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, under whose leadership the offer was deviced.

With this claim the KTUR partners have jointly developed their first cross-border continuing education course: The application oriented Machine Learning course will be offered for the first time in spring 2022 (16.-18.3.22 / 30.3.-1.4.22). The English-language training course consists of an introductory and an advanced course. These can be booked independently of each other:

  • The introductory course teaches application-oriented topics of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The theoretical basics are applied to real data with practical exercises. Python, Scikit-learn and Kaggle will be used.
  • The advanced course aims to develop an understanding of Deep Learning and data visualization. Theoretical knowledge of neural network components and architectures will be applied to real data in a hands-on manner using supervised and unsupervised approaches. Python and Tensorflow will be used.

The courses are currently planned as attendance events.

„If we are unable to offer a face-to-face event due to the framework conditions set by the Corona pandemic, the offer will be implemented digitally“, the organisers emphasise.

Renowned lecturers from the partners of the KTUR project guarantee a scientifically sound and practice-oriented training due to their extensive and profound experience in the fields of Machine Learning.
