At the end of January, the Franco-German University (DFH) once again awarded prizes to outstanding students and graduates of its binational and trinational degree programmes as well as the best Franco-German doctoral theses. The prizes are sponsored by companies and institutions that operate accross borders.
As in previous years, a student from DHBW Lörrach was among the award winners: Julius Bendel, a graduate of the International Business Management Trinational programme. He received the prize for his final thesis entitled: “Solution approaches for standardising international lead management at Grenke AG”. This excellence prize, endowed with 1500 euros, is sponsored by the auditing and consulting company Mazars GmbH & Co. KG.
The head of the IBM Trinational programme Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Schmid-Grotjohann was pleased about the renewed award for one of his students:
“This is the third time in five years that a student of the IBM Trinational programme has been awarded the Excellence Prize of the Franco-German University. We are very pleased about this. This prize is awarded annually for excellent scientific achievements by students and is once again proof of the high scientific standard of our programme.”
