Online-Workshop: “Learning Orchestra Canvas” – A systemic method for leadership, innovation and responsibility at work

Organizing and managing projects, organizations and companies often quickly becomes a confusing and complex endeavor. Organizing is a very important skill and orchestrating a complex organization is a very special one. In professionally managed and entrepreneurial organizations, different levels, departments, processes and activities need to be aligned and orchestrated again and again. Stability and flexibility, administration and innovation must be combined and cultivated. The remedy is visual modeling of organizations – an image that can guide those involved and provide them with orientation and identity.

This workshop will help you to:

  • understand a holistic method of building organisations
  • process a shared vision, mission, goals and values
  • organize systemic change and impact
  • creating your own (learning) organisation
  • outline your own learning organization.
