Why Lab Visits?

The trinational Upper Rhine region is home to a large number of research institutions, which are the driving force behind innovation in the Upper Rhine region. Industry of the future, robotics, AI, materials and processes, medical techniques and technologies, clean mobility, circular economy: these are all areas of expertise that are also synonymous with challenges for businesses in the region.

Are you curious or already have specific cooperation projects in mind? Register for one or more visits to laboratories and technical platforms at research institutions in the Upper Rhine region! Visits are planned to exceptional sites on both sides of the Rhine, in Strasbourg, Karlsruhe and Offenburg, for example.

In this series of events, laboratories, institutes and technical platforms in the trinational region are opening their doors to partners and introducing them to their current research topics, infrastructure and formats for collaboration with their industrial partners.

This series of events is a joint initiative of the Science and Economy Pillars of the Upper Rhine Trinational Metropolitan Region and the members of the Knowledge Transfer Upper Rhine2 (KTUR2) network.
