The Work-Life Robotics Institute (WLRI) at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences invites you to explore how practice-oriented robotics research is actively shaping industrial innovation in the Black Forest region. During the second Zukunft.Lab.Schwarzwald, the institute opens its doors for an in-depth look at its research activities and applied solutions.
The WLRI develops economically viable and application-driven robotic solutions for industrial environments, with a strong focus on optimal human–robot collaboration. Key research areas include lean-oriented industrial and collaborative robotics, additively manufactured components, and innovative approaches that create new opportunities for companies.
What to expect during this visit (held in German):
• Introduction to the Work-Life Robotics Institute and its research focus areas
• Real-world examples of robotic applications and industrial projects
• Networking with experts from research and industry
• Exploring opportunities for R&D collaboration and technology transfer
This lab visit is organised within the framework of the Zukunft.Lab.Schwarzwald, fostering cross-border exchange between research, innovation, and industry.
